Have the ability to forecast production and labour needs including hiring and firing production staff. Most have excellent references on animal husbandry experience and proven sow farm management.

Job Description:
General manager of speciality sow farm. Be willing to start as assistant manager and learn specific requirements of speciality program. Successful individuals will manage all day to day operations including production staff schedule, training and program maintenance. Complete working knowledge of all farm systems including liquid feeding system and computerized production software.
