Job Description:
Indian River Farms located in the Kensington, PEI area is looking for an energetic team player interested in joining our team as an Office Administrator. This role is seasonal - full-time in spring through fall and part time in the winter.
As the successful candidate, you will:
Keep the office organized and ready for each of the farm seasons
Welcome and assist clients, visitors and new hires in office and over the phone
Support the business leads with administrative tasks, including data entry, vacation tracking, and coordinating with offsite support such as IT and Accounting
Support our Safety Committee by booking meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring follow up on essential tasks
Maintain records for CFIA and Canada Gap as necessary
Other duties as assigned
Wages:
We offer $20 to $22 an hour based on experience
