Job Description:
As a Seasonal Sprayer Operator, you will be responsible for operating farm equipment for planting and harvesting as well as chemical pesticide and fertilizer application in the summer. The ideal candidate will have, or be able to obtain their pesticide license and have experience in operating large farming equipment with computerized GPS and application systems.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain farm machinery for efficient spraying of crops.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair machinery as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate spraying schedules and tasks.
Lift and handle heavy equipment as required for job functions.
Wages:
We offer $21 to $24 an hour based on experience
