Required Skills:
Horticulture/agriculture education or experience is preferred
Experience and knowledge of irrigation/environmental systems is considered a strong asset
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Self-starter, who works independently, takes responsibility and demonstrates integrity
Meticulous attention to detail
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to work effectively with all levels of employees and management
Must have access to reliable transportation to work full-time hours as scheduled (typically 40-46) hours per week)
Must have the ability to provide a criminal record check that is clear of any charges that could be related or have a direct correlation to the position or company
All employees must be 19+

Job Description:
Reporting to the Irrigation & Climate Manager, Irrigation Technicians are responsible for ensuring that all irrigation requirements are followed accordingly while also maintaining proper inventory records, measurements and sanitation of our irrigation system and nutrients. Irrigation Technicians also support all aspects of plant cultivation, including, but not limited to; cloning, trimming, transplanting, and harvesting.
Benefits:
Rate of Pay: $19.00 per hour
Position Status: Full-Time, Hourly, Permanent Position

Schedule: Regularly Alternating Irrigation (6:00 am – 5:00 pm) and Greenhouse Production shifts (7:00 am -3:30 pm), alternating weekend work required, (subject to change and occasional additional shiftwork as per operational requirements)
