Required Skills:
o General equipment maintenance experience required.
o Able to operate power tools, light welding and oxyacetylene torches
o Ability to work with minimum supervision in a team environment
o Effective verbal communication skills.
o Possession of a Class 3A license and the ability to operate a forklift and skid loader would be an asset.
o Able to work extended hours during the spring blending season
o Possess a Strong Safety record.
o Must work with a sense of urgency
o Ability to safety lift/move 40lbs/18+kgs

Job Description:
Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
o Oversee the maintenance to ensure equipment is maintained properly
o Verbally communicate identified Emergency/Urgent repair problems accurately and efficiently to site supervisor
o Foster a safe work environment and promote continuous improvement initiatives regarding workplace safety.
o Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of all equipment and buildings
o Willing and capable of doing some exterior physical labor in varying weather conditions as required
o Willing and capable to work at heights
o Provide day-to-day support to the Site Supervisor, overseeing the blending facility to ensure customer orders are completed in a safe, timely and diligent manner.
