• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Must be well organized and be able to work well individually as part of a team
• Must be able to manage efficiently his tasks and ensure that production deadlines are met to satisfy customer needs
• Previous agricultural work experience in a production environment is a must
• Forklift license would be an asset
• Available for overtime during seasonal periods of the business.
• A valid drivers license or the ability to obtain one is considered an asset

Job Description:
Job Duties:
• Prepare and mix any cover crop or forage seed mixes as needed.
• Ensure a tidy and organized work space is kept in the warehouse and mill
• Receive product in with accuracy, checking off all materials on incoming BOL’s
• Filling micro ingredient boxes and clean out ingredient bins as needed
• Receive ingredients into the mill - both bulk and bagged
• Work with employees to identify and addressing ingredient flow issues
• Bag complete feeds
• Load complete feeds orders on to trucks
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly routine preventative maintenance tasks including greasing bearings, checking gear boxes, inspection/tightening of belts, etc. is conducted
• Assist in repair and maintenance projects with the management team.
• Assist in maximizing the efficiency of the business
• Ensure that company safety practices are adhered to
