• Class 3A or 1A license required
• Previous experience operating tractors, forklifts, and equipment
• Knowledge of crop management practices
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks
• Ability to work extended hours/weekends during peak seasons
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Job Description:
• Perform various crop production related tasks including tillage, planting, fertilizing, and harvesting
• Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery
• General maintenance and repairs
• Deliver seed to customers and collect/dismantle seed boxes
• Other duties as required
