Office Bookkeeper/Administrator

Required Skills:
1-2 years work experience as a bookkeeper or an administrator of an office
Degree or diploma in bookkeeping, accounting, or business.
Candidates must have
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and shift between projects on a time-sensitive basis.
Project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Must be a motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills

Job Description:
Completes and maintains accurate accounts payable/receivable practices
Prepares payroll and related documents
Reconciles bank account balances
Administers and manages inbound/outbound mail
Answer and manage inbound telephone inquiries
Arrange and attend executive team meetings
Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments
Ensures adequate supplies for the office and barn are available
Communicate with various industry organization’s and associates
Support the company with Human Resources abilities
Collaborate with staff to develop and implement office and farm SOPs
Maintain records and compile statistical reports
Experience with Service Canada and IRCC would be an asset.
$18.00 - $24.50
