Job Description:
Indian River Farms is seeking skilled Farm Equipment Operators throughout Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick who are self-motivated with great people skills.
The position of Farm Equipment Operator is a Seasonal (April to November), 40-90 hours a week position where wages range from $16 to $17 an hour and is located at 1160 Route 20, Kensington, PE, C0B 1M0.
Responsibilities
Operating farm equipment for planting, harvesting irrigation mowing and or tilling
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with farm equipment
Complies with the Indian River Farms safety and food safety programs
