Job Description:
Farm Supervisor, successful candidate will need to be able to co-ordinate, assign and supervise the work of general farm workers including harvesting labourers. Other key elements include, supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations; supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment and supplies; develop work schedule and establish procedures; ensure farm safety, food safety and security and bio-security procedures are followed; maintain quality control and production records and perform general farm duties
Wages:
$15.00-$20.00 per hour for 40-60 hours per week
