  Required Skills:
  The applicant must hold a valid tractor/Class 5 license. Must be able to plant,
cultivate and irrigate crops, operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment; 
harvest crops; examine crops for quality, weed and soil condition; 
equipment and machinery experience; maintenance of equipment and storage;
planting equipment; and general shop skills. 
Good oral/written communication skills, ability to analyze, troubleshoot
and correct situations. 
Must be a team player, organized and attention to detail.

    Some overtime, Week-ends, Evenings, Weekdays  
 
  Job Description:
outdoors, valid licence, fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, able to lift over 30-50 lbs, combination of sitting, standing, walking; must be physically active. 
The applicants tasks and responsibilities: 
The applicant would be responsible for the daily activities that come with planting a crop and maintaining the paperwork to correspond with the seed and coordinates of field.
Making sure to check the maps of PEI to GPS field coordinators.
Must have direct communication with planter and able to meet in field to drop off supplies and general duties. 
Delivery of equipment to fields and moving to new fields. 
Making sure at the end of the day all paperwork is completed and filed.
