SUMMARY:
Shur-Gain/Trouw Nutrition Atlantic is seeking a career-minded and assertive individual to assume the position of Territory Sales Manager for central/ western Prince Edward Island (12 months temporary assignment – Maternity leave replacement) . In carrying out the duties of the position, the incumbent is expected to exercise sound judgment in achieving the desired results. The successful candidate will be result-oriented, thrive in a fast paced, demanding environment, and have the ability to develop positive working relationships with customers, industry associates, and employees.
MAIN DUTIES:
Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
Promote the use of Shur-Gain/Trouw Nutrition products and technologies
Increase Shur-Gain/Trouw Nutrition’s market share and feed volume
Become involved in the territory and network within the industry
Handle customer inquiries promptly, completely and accurately
Assist customers on-farm to measure results and benchmark performances
Provide support for Retail Sales within the region
Analyze sales performances and strategic plans to achieve targets
Communicate with feed mill staff regarding feed delivery and quality.
