Required Skills:
o Willing and capable to work at heights
o Ability to safely lift/carry approximately 50 lbs
o Team player with excellent attendance
o Highly motivated, observant with good initiative and a positive attitude.
o Good verbal and written communication skills.
o Must be able to work in a fast paced environment adapting to and embracing change as it occurs.
o Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
o Must possess a good safety record and demonstrate “safety first’’ on a continual basis.
o Ability to operate a forklift, skid loader and Class 3A license would be an asset.

Some overtime, Week-ends, Evenings, Weekdays
Job Description:

o Willing and capable of doing some exterior physical labor in varying weather conditions as required.
