• Responsible for overall management of production facility and storages
• Determine and implement improvements and standards for the production process
• Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
• Meet and exceed production goals
• Monitor and enforce quality control standards
• Prepare and maintain production reports
• Organize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment, facility and grounds
• Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
• Ensure adherence to food safety procedures
• Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
• Organising relevant training sessions
• Liaising with management staff
