Required Skills:

Job Description:
Reporting to the Raw Procurement Manager, the successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a “can do” attitude, responsible for the overall management of our farmer’s storage facilities, including records keeping, monitoring raw quality, and the daily supervision of seasonal warehouse staff.
Check and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations, both on a daily and seasonal bases
· Adhere to strict lock out procedures when doing equipment repairs
· Conduct brief daily safety meetings
· Monitor equipment and facility cleaning between potato lots and at other times when required
· Constantly monitor the potato handling to ensure of minimal damage and lot segregation
· Monitor the unloading crop quality, and adjust the unloading speed to allow for proper grading
· Check and adjust the speed of the unloading equipment to have a consistent / even flow
· Assist with the proper truck positioning when unloading
· Monitor the crew to ensure that the work is done effectively and efficiently
· Monitor the crew and workstations to ensure that safe conditions are maintained
· Ensure that all personal understand and follow assignments
· Check and maintain the liquid applicator to ensure of a proper application.
· Check and maintain the equipment to ensure of the proper potato handling, to minimize any mechanical damage.
Wages:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour for 40 hours per week
