Job Description:
As a Sanitation Operator, you will be responsible to work from a master sanitation schedule. You will have an understanding of the potato granule production process and will be conducting routine cleaning on the production line equipment. You will report to the Shift Manager and Shift Lead and will be working with the Plant Sanitarium.This position operates on a scheduled 12 hour day/night shift. Overtime may be required.
Performs routine cleaning and sanitation according to a Master Sanitation Schedule.
Informs other employees of unsafe working and operating practices, and reports any action sited to supervisor if not corrected immediately.
Performs any duty assigned including plant clean-up, housekeeping or operation of any area required.
Follows all housekeeping policies according to good manufacturing practices.
Ensures all daily sanitation reports are properly kept.

Wages:
$13.20 per hour for 40 hours per week
