Required Skills:
Operate tractors and perform basic maintenance on tractors and implements
Ability to communicate with team members to ensure work is completed on a timely basis
Good decision-making capabilities
Forklift operation. Certification an asset, but not necessary
Calibration of seeding and spreading equipment
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to work as part of a team
Class 5 license necessary
Class 3A license would be an asset, but not necessary
Welding skills would be an asset, but not necessary.

Experience would be an asset
Job Description:
Operate 40 – 120 hp tractors and implements
Perform precision cultivation operations in organic carrot fields
Make hills in preparation for transplanting activities
Sow grains and cover crops
Manage and turn manure piles
Manage grain storage systems
Assist warehouse manager with maintaining inventory
Assist with carrot harvest as needed
Other duties as needed
