Job Description:
Indian River Farms located in the Kensington, PEI area is looking for a self-motivated and energetic individual interested in joining our team as an Office Coordinator for full-time, year-round work.

As the successful candidate, you will:

*Keep the office organized and ready for each of the farm seasons
*Support the farm manager’s schedule and planning
*Attend meetings and take minutes; ensure follow up on commitments
*Process time and attendance entry for payroll
*General data entry
*Other duties as assigned

Our desired qualifications for this position include:
*Post secondary education would be an asset
*Solid skills with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and general comfort in working in new programs
*Great organization and project management skills
*Demonstrated ability to communicate well
*Fast and accurate data entry
