Job Description:
Prep crew duties encompass a wide range of activities including, but not limited to, bagging of compost, casing of compost bags, cleaning and sanitation, etc.; This is a physically demanding job which requires employees to stand, kneel and bend for prolonged hours; Employees must be able to lift up to fifty (50lbs) pounds; Must have great manual dexterity; Must be okay with working with compost; Must be able to work quickly and accurately; Must have good communication skills; Must have a positive attitude; Must be reliable; Must be flexible to change and have a willingness to do a good job each day; Full time hours are guaranteed but employee must be flexible. Days will begin at 8:00am and end when required prep on a given day is complete; Facility is open 7 days a wee
