Job Description:
Manually picking mushrooms in an indoor, climate controlled environment;Must have great manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination and attention to detail;Mushrooms are picked using a specific technique (training will be provided) which includes manual picking technique, as well as mushroom selection to be picked;Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time;Must be able to lift and carry up to thirty (30lbs) pounds; Must be able to work quickly and accurately; Must have good communication skills;Must have a positive attitude;Must be reliable;Must be flexible to change and have a willingness to do a good job each day;Full time hours are guaranteed but employee must be flexible. Days will begin at 8:00am and end when the harvest for that day is completely picked; Facility is open 7 days a week
