Job Description:
Responsible for the bookkeeping of the business financial records and establish and maintain various accounts using SAGE SIMPLY Accounting. Post journal entries & reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements.
Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, utility, tax and other bills.
Complete and submit tax remittance and other government documents
Bank deposits
Organize and prepare year end information
Accounts payable and receivable
Knowledge of Microsoft office
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Pick up and process all incoming/outgoing mail
Responsible for inventory data
Assist owners with administrative details.
Filing, faxing, email
Answer phones
Wages:
$18/hr
Benefits:
40 hours/week during busy season & 20 hours/week in winter.
