Job Description:
• Collecting, washing, and testing potatoes for bruising during harvest
• Weighing samples and sizing, reporting results to ensure quality
• Capable of standing, and bending for long periods of time
• Lifting to 25 lbs of weight
• Maintain and organize records and daily reports
• Ability to work with limited supervision, be a self starter, proactive and a team player
• Worker to comply with legislation and regulatory standards when performing on-the-farm activities as directed by their supervisor
• Follow processes and procedures with respect to health and safety standards to minimize risk in the workplace
• Comply with protocols for food safety
• Observant, dependable, and good math skills
• Training will be provided
Flexibility to work on days, evenings, as well as Saturdays would be required.
