Length of Employment:
Seasonal Full-time for a period of 15 weeks
Required Skills:
•Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent;
•Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle;
•Knowledge of agriculture industry;
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
•Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision;
•Excel in a fast paced changing environment and possess superior organizational skills;
•Ability to work evening hours during peak season.
•Hourly rate: minimum $12.25 based on experience
•No formal education required but previous crop scouting experience would be considered an asset.

Job Description:
The Seasonal Crop Scout will be a results-driven, self-starter who is always looking for opportunities for improvement, and has the ability to adapt to a fast paced, dynamic work environment. •Visitation of client’s fields on a weekly basis to identify insect, weed and disease occurrences;
•Greet customers in a prompt and professional manner;
•Other duties as required.
•Represent the company in a professional, positive and pleasant manner
Wages:
$12.25 hourly for 40 hours per week
