Required Skills:
Physical ability to sort and pack fruits and vegetables, load, unload and transfer crates, supplies, farm produce and livestock. Other farm duties as assigned. Ability to work in all weather conditions outdoors, confined spaces, wet/damp, dusty and hot. Report to and follow the directions of a farm supervisor.

Job Description:
Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads up to 50lbs, physically demanding, hand-eye co-ordination, ability to distinguish between colors, standing for extended periods, work under pressure, examining produce for quality and preparing for market, large workload. Other farm duties as assigned.
