A post secondary education in a related field or equivalent business experience;

Job Description:
Develop and execute strategic sales direction and day-to-day leadership across a network of Sales Professionals.
Develop and manage the Sales Team and other direct reports focusing on Customer Relationships, Operational Excellence and Growth.
Responsible for all Key Performance Indicators to help drive Sales Volume, Customer Service and Profitability
Management financial budgets and Sales forecasting
Oversee and promote a culture of Continuous Improvement;
All other duties as required.
